Despite not enjoying the Dubai style Chocolate bars, I do have to give you credit for the immaculate way they were packaged. Another issue I experienced, however, was not being able to write a review. There was some issue with the website preventing me from doing so. I contacted Palm Bites who acknowledged the issue. I recently received an email asking me to review my experience…I guess the issue was finally remedied. I am just glad I was finally able to leave an honest review of my experience.

The chocolate is inedible, and makes up way too high a % of the chocolate bars. Some of the fillings are nice (knafeh, ube) but so scant. We bought something like 8 small bars to give one to each grandkid and they subbed a large one for 2 of the smalls, which doesn't really work when you've got a specific gift plan. VERY weird to not check with the customer before subbing things! Definitely one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.
