Being forced to accept a damaged bike that is falling out of the box upon arrival is unacceptable! The bike should have been ensured for these types of situations so the customer can be taken care of if the currier damaged the bike in transit! I’m not happy about being told I have no option but to accept this damaged bike! Poor customer service after the sale!
