No instructions on how to order the actual ring I paid for after being sent a ring sizer and no response to two emails to support

Your support team is absolutely awful. I've sent a few emails about my order, which is still incomplete, and still haven't gotten a word back

Scam! Took my money and never shipped the product or would cancel my order! How horrible to do to someone that is getting married and already on a budget. No response by customer service. No phone number, no chat and no response by email. Terrible!

I ordered a ring that was unfortunately too big. When I requested to return it or get a ring in a different size, I received no response from their customer service. I’ve messaged numerous times with no response. Unfortunately the issues started before I even received my ring. It took almost a month to ship and when I requested tracking for it, I found out that it took another 2 weeks to actually ship the product. Terrible customer service and terrible product.

Impossible to get in contact. Was promised free shipping but still had to pay to pick up my ring. Ring looked almost nothing like described. Would never buy from them again.

Customer Service is horrible. Have been trying to return the ring for 2 weeks now and no one will answer me on how to do so. The form on their website also doesn't work. I just want my money back

It was a ver poor experience and I likely will not be shopping here again, the seller never answers emails which is quite unfortunate since I’m still waiting for a package I think was lost in transit.

Response to customer service emails!! After sending 3 and getting no response after two weeks and an approaching wedding date, it’s pretty frustrating. Especially after waiting a month for it to ship.

Extremely poor customer service! No one will respond to us on how to return this ring for a refund. It feels as though they’re waiting past the 30 days so they can say it’s no longer returnable.

I purchased a Man’s ring two weeks ago I got the ring and the size was too small wanted to replace the size but I couldn’t get to the website and costumer service never responded back to me unfortunately so I decided to returned I really like the ring but I’m disappointed 😔 not answering my emails

Poor customer service. Sent the rings back for a refund and then hear nothing. I am now without the rings and my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We got the ring and decided to get a different one. We reached out to the company (as their return link does not work) and this is when they stopped answering. Four emails later requesting a return, I reported them to the better business bureau. They too have not received any response. We are now stuck with a $313 ring that we do not want. We even purchased the lifetime warranty - glad to know that would have never been responded too. Save yourself the headache and buy from a more reputable brand.

They say returns and exchanges are easy but the returns website is broken and they don’t respond to emails.

This company is a joke and scam. For my husband the atlas size 9 ring. Married 6/20/25. Ring broke apart in two pieces August 2025. Messaged them from then til February of 2026… said they would send out another atlas for weeks and months. Came up with excuses and after finally finding a ring tha had in stock in a size 9, I had to settle for a hideous ring. This site is cheaply made not in house. Customer service literally sucks. Guess he’ll continue wearing the ring we super glued and paid $600

This was awful. Thanks for taking my money and running? Total scam. No way I’m going to leave a good review for a company that doesn’t even respond to their emails. Stop scamming people.

I received my sizer and followed the instructions on the card that say to email the support team with the size. I have not gotten a response and it has been 60 hours since I emailed them.

The website was easy to use and understand. The customer service has been amazing to work with.

Looks cheap, customer service does not care if they forget something that was supposed to come with order and will not try to fix the issue

The quality of the product is exceptional!

You have rings listed as available and say they will be processed within a few days but they arent actually available and still havent shipped 3 weeks later. Very shady, especially when it should have been received way before Christmas when many of your customers are ordering with christmas deadlines in mind.

Shopping with Vintage Gentlemen is a breeze with so many lovely gifts from which to choose! That said, deciding which beautiful item to buy can be problematic. :-) I actually repurchased a ring for my husband as sadly he lost his first one. We were very pleased to see the same design was still available.
