I originally had a great experience because when I accidentally messed up some wording on my order, your team replied quickly and fixed it right away. Unfortunately, when the signs arrived, one of them was completely wrong. It was supposed to have a beach/flamingo design, but instead I received a sign with a campfire and mountains, so it was an entirely different design even though the lettering was correct. The other sign also arrived damaged, with the anchor bent/messed up.
