I wish I could give this zero stars. The nightmare started with the shipping: the company sent the Barbell Rescue Nylon BrushCrimson Red to the completely wrong address. When I contacted them for help, they immediately shrugged off all responsibility, insisting it was the shipping company's fault and offering zero assistance in tracking it down or correcting their mistake. That level of indifference to a customer-impacting error is unacceptable.
