Overall I had a good experience. I'm sure that some of the delays revolves around the fact that your business is in Canada. However it took well over a month for the product to arrive and had to be cancelled on your end and then reordered again which was an inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. I will reevaluate my rating after the issue is corrected. I think that your product has great potential.
