Overall a good experience. However, I wish they would use a delivery service other than FedEx because there is always an issue when signature is required and they deliver here. They managed to screw something up every time. This time they claimed it was not a valid address even though I have stuff delivered here all the time from them and others, so I wasted an afternoon waiting on FedEx where I could have been at work. Plus where they dropped it off was not secure and they never even asked me for ID saying they knew me because I was in there the day before asking about it. When FedEx didn't show up at my apartment and I told them to change the drop off location. Even though FedEx was still in the area when I changed it they didn't drop it off that evening but took it back with them and then dropped it off the next day.
