Email indicated that items were shipped sent me to a tracking website that looked like it was completely in Chinese and could not track the package. It was not bad, I was initially buying one style but it was out of stock after I had made the purchase so it did not arrive in the time I thought it would. But the customer service person was helpful and provided many options to include a refund if I could not find something to replace it.
