All in all, I've had pretty solid experiences shopping with Serendipity. However, I did try to use a coupon recently and it didn't work, though there was no explanation as to why. I'm assuming either it had already expired or it was invalid because the item was already discounted, but there were no terms included in the email so I can't be sure. Otherwise, everything has been fine. My orders have arrived quickly and I've been happy with my purchases.
