The shopping experience was very nice and the packaging and fragrance is very high end, but the performance of the products was a bad experience. Was difficult to get the shampoo to rinse out, felt like paste in my hair, hair became very tangled, conditioner didn't help the tangles and neither did the detangler. I wish I could return the products and get my money back, but I don't want to pay the shipping. I love all of Harmony's videos though!
