Bestellung funktioniert immer super, ohne Probleme. Wir haben hier einige Probleme mit den Versanddienstleistern - so kann es doch hin und wieder etwas dauern, bis der Matcha ankommt. Aber ich warte gerne auf meinen Matcha, wenn er dann so gut schmeckt wie der Matcha von Matcha Botanicals.

Sie haben eine Whatsapp-Chatfunktion was ich super finde. Hat man aber Fragen zur aktuellen Bestellung, kann man den Chat nicht nutzen, was ich eher Kundenunfreundlich finde und ein Chat deshalb für mich nicht soviel Sinn macht.
