Took my money never got the items

Terrible service, you just can’t contact this company because they never respondent to my emails (send them 4 because i want to return my order) and there is no other way to contact them.

You refuse to return emails for refunds or exchanges. You are a scam.

I was not happy at all with the product

This bra fit me too small. I ordered the size I usually get in lined bras and my boobs don’t fit in it and they’re overflowing. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times to set up an exchange to no avail. I wouldn’t waste my time with this seller again.

I this it’s a high quality product but unfortunately the sizing came out too small. Super soft and lifting!

It was fine. No follow up when I contacted them so that was super frustrating

Slow to arrive and no response to return request

I never received my order and after many failed attempts at trying to get help, nobody has been back in contact and they have never refunded me.

Not response to 3x refund requests due to bra not fitting.

Long delivery and no answer at all from customer service for over a month. The bras have padding with almost a nipple inside so it looked really weird on me. BUT when I took out the padding the bra actually fitted quite well! So it’s not a total waste of money for me. Tho I wished that the shoulder straps had hooks so you could crisscross them on the back, to get a little more push-up and support! Unsure if I would by again, but time will tell. Hopes this helps!

bad sizing guide, size doesnt fit at all as it should, long waiting time and no tracking updates. I received two mails asking for my review before getting the products.

Easy to navigate, order came not too long after purchasing. Straightforward and helpful

The support does not respond to emails. You cannot make a return without contacting them, so I’m stuck with bras that dont fit.

Poor sizing also asked for an exchange and zero response DONT ORDER FROM THEM

The quality is poor and I’m really taken him back on the material used. There is nothing jelly or lifting about it and the material is so cheap. Additionally does not fit based on the sizing guide provided. Runs super small. To make things worse, I’ve inquired about a refund/return and have received no response. 0/10 would not recommend

Do not buy from this company! No one will contact you back regarding returns! So frustrating. I have emailed 3 times now inquiring about a return shipping label. No response. So frustrating as a shopper.

I would like a refund, emailed but got no replay as to how to proceed with that.

Very easy, took awhile for items to arrive but they came! Did not advertise the comfort bra as a nursing bra, just recommended at checkout and I naively purchased based on the name and photos… still don’t see the clips to this day in advertising pics.

I emailed to return my order and nobody has responded.
