I submitted a question by email after my axle arrived and was promptly emailed back with an answer. The axle installation and electric brake wiring was strait forward and easy.

Everything was easy from start to finish. The website makes it easy to order what you need.

Overall good communication. Little different not having a phone number to call, but transaction was done on time and delivery on time

Disappointed. Misleading shipping. No phone number for the business

Not being able to talk to customer service to verify a spindle shaft diameter detail with only being given an AI conversation was not great. AI went in circles and was never able to give me an answer because it could only look at the listing so any info missing in listing was invisible to it. Almost didn't buy axles but took a chance and put my spindle diameter in my shipping address to maybe catch attention. Axle did fit in the end.

Order was easy to place, axle showed up in a decent time frame, I'd say for ordering a custom axle online it was a good experience. I would like to receive one or two updates on production during the process but most places don't do that anyway so not a big deal.

only problem was not being able to talk to someone about placing order. but came out ok.

Fast and easy to order

Perfect

No phone number to call, missed shipping dates compared to what’s posted on their site. I sent them an email to cancel the order the evening before. They told me it was already on a truck but when checking ups or fedex , they hadn’t picked it up.

Took we a while to find what I needed. But that is common for me!
