They sent me 6 hoodies that they printed wrong. I immediately reached out and was told I would have 6 new hoodies sent with the correct print on them…it never arrived. I have emailed customer service several times and they have never responded, I asked for a refund since they never sent the hoodies…no response. As a small business owner I try and use other small businesses….unfortunately this was a terrible experience.
