I had to exchange for size which was an ordeal. Got the right size now and I am happy with the product. The overall experience from customer service, speed of exchange and the product has been average. If not for the exchange ordeal I went through that took a month to process I'd probably give one more star, maybe even all 5. Not sure if I'll be back for more but if the baggy style boot comes in other colors I might.
