The customer service is great when I reach out for shipping questions. Would be great if the online shopping offers more shipping options like UPS, which I can change delivery to pick up. Amazon shipping is fine but sometimes driver left my package at front door rather than in the locker, which is at risk of being stolen. And I cannot provide delivery instructions.
