I emailed them to let them know of the glitch but heard nothing back. It was great until it came time to cancel the year long subscription. It was difficult and confusing. It didn’t just say “cancel my subscription”. I ended up having to call a couple different locations and still ended up stating in an email that I No Longer wanted to subscribe. Other than that it was great!
