Good experience. I ordered a pair 1/2 size smaller than regularly worn but upon arrival were still too big. I tried to exchange for smaller size but were sold out so had to do a return and purchase a different pair. The process was smooth and easy. My only complaint (and it is not a real complaint) is that the original pair came with a free hat which I returned with the first pair and the replacement pair did not come with the hat! No big deal though
