The boots were on clearance and marked final sale. I emailed asking about fit because I wasn;t sure about sizing. They told me I could exchange. These boots run extremely narrow and I could not even get my foot in. The size would have fit because the boots are very long. When I contacted the store asking for at the very least a store credit I was told no, final sale. Poor custoer service in my opinion Lesson learned.
