Zero response to refund request

Easy website

I have emailed twice now. There was no instructions included with the set to tell me how to access the 90-day challenge, and there seem to be no instructions on the website either. My emails asking for help have gone ignored.

How do I arrange a refund

Want a full refund, out looks like you ship from China with no warning of how long delivery will take.

Delivery took longer than expected, but was kept up to date with the customer service - who were prompt and very helpful.

Very misleading information on the website. Advertised as hassle free returns but I had as awful experience trying to return my item. Far from hassle free. You need to explain to customers in your returns policy that if they want to cancel under the 14 day cooling off period that they will be expected to pay to return the product to an overseas address. Also you need to make it clear to customers that the recipe book that is shown in the advertising images is a download not a physical book

It mentions the items can be sent in one or two days but from China, taking more than a week to receive

Couldn't recommend less! Useless service, avoid like the plague! I ordered the Pilates set as a gift...Arrived damaged and missing an item. Reported to company who said they could send the missing item, but couldn't replace the damaged Storage box, as they said they "couldn't send an empty box"... Suggested putting the missing item in the empty box, but apparently their shipper won't allow this...seems odd, but ok, at least send the missing item. Told me it was sent two weeks ago, asked for

Very slow to arrive

Brilliant communication of where my order was and when it was expected.

Slight delay in shipping due to stock issues but they was communicated. Good customer service

Long delivery time. Packaging was damaged. Online workouts can't be accessed without uploading a photo or using my Facebook account which I'm not happy to do.

Delivery took a long time. But tracking is available so it’s ok

It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive , I sent emails 3 times & just got a " your parcel is on the way " everytime.The board is flimsy & the resistance bands have no resistance.

Customer service was very helpful when I messaged about the delivery of my item.

Avoid this company. Poor quality product and now having to fight to try and get my money back.
