The updates through the order process was helpful and the delivery was fast, the only issue is when trying to use discount codes the website doesn’t recognise it (discount code from mailing list).

A small kerfuffle with shipping happened, but Artemy was super fast and helpful with follow up. Love the experience working with them.

Maria is quick to address problems but has zero followthrough. I backed the kickstarter for the tarot journal and never received it. Starting October of 2025 I reached out to Maria. So far she’s sent two replacement packages that have never made it here but I did get a pop socket (it’s wonderful but not exactly what I was expecting). I’m really upset about all this actually because I’d love to support a small business with quality items but 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I haven't used her website, I backed her Kickstarter. She is an amazing artist and I will definitely support more of her art

They were so helpful with helping me correct an order that ended up missing something. The missing item was sent quickly and received in good condition. They really helped through the whole process every step of the way.

I definitely plan on purchasing more in the future from Studio Artemy. The quality of the items, packaging and customer service are worth the money.

Very little communication initially about a delay. The shop shut down for a bit after my order was placed, but I didn’t hear anything for quite a while. It took over 3 months to get my order, and one item was missing. I kept getting emails about rating items a long while before my package was even shipped. I noticed a label was made weeks before it was sent out, which made telling what was happening even more difficult. I would give ordering a shot again, but it was a bit of a rough first go.

Slight problem with PayPal payment, but quickly sorted by the customer service

After 80 days, I still haven't received my shipment of items. I tried to get in touch with the seller three times. I first contacted after 20 days and got a response that sounded like a generic message. The second time I contacted after 40 days, I didn't get any response. And after 80 days, when I tried to contact him for the third time, I got no response again. I ordered the parcel on October 13, and since October 19, its status in the courier application has not changed. Today is 23 January.

Clear communication from the beginning. Maria really cares about delivering high-quality products that bring joy to those who purchase from the shop. I love everything I've received!!

Great! They made ordering and shipping so easy.

One of the products came damaged. Used the contact form on the website and never heard back. Disappointed by customer service. Edit: I still haven't heard back after sending an email in October 2025 with requested photo proof of the damaged item. It is now April 2026. The deck had arrived scratched and scuffed. No replacement was ever sent, and no updates were given as to why.
