I wish I had known the project would be coming from China. Seeing the label generated in Texas, I was surprised. The turnaround time, however, was faster than I expected after previous things that have come from China took forever.

I was slightly skeptical since I was not familiar with this company, however the thought of getting my husband a keychain that had him and our pup for his birthday was too cute not to take a chance. In the back of my mind I knew if there was an issue I could just chargeback. However, I didn't have any problems. I provided the picture I wanted replicated and waited. Shipping time was not unreasonable and I received the packaage without any damage. It is one of his most favorite gifts.
