i asked to have 2 items in my order cancelled (email included order #s.) well in advanced before anything would have been shipped. tried reaching out via email several times with no response. items arrived and never had a response back. was a returning customer because i love the pdr blade, however i will not be purchasing again after they never responded after multiple attempts, and kept my money i needed refunded. I don’t support brands who don’t care about their customers.

I corrected my previous rating. Because 3versince messaged me offering a thoughtful resolution. I was very upset because my blade snapped while fitting the cam it was meant to be compatible with. I never got to even use it, after months of waiting just for it to arrive after pre-order.
