After placing my order, it took a few weeks to actually get a tracking number in for the order itself to arrive. Had to reach out to customer service to get it resolved and then had to exchange the sizes, which is no fault for the company because it’s not their fault if I fit one size better than another size however, customer service did give me my shipping costs is a refund for the lateness in the order. they did make up for it and it’s a good product.
