Horrible experience and complete lack of customer service response. It seems that I have been charged multiple times for my one single order. My bank has contacted me asking if I have purchased more than four items from you which I have only purchased one, but I have been charged four times. I would like to know why this has happened and see if it can be resolved or if there is a phone number that I can contact to try to get this resolved immediately. I’m very upset about this company.
