Was not good quality you could not get a clear heartbeat and it did not work properly went to the doctors they were able to get a heartbeat better than that device it seems like it has poor quality and does not function properly

I'm experiencing poor customer service due to lack of communication when requesting a return. The policy states that returns are accepted in 30 days but I have been unable to successfully request a return.

Doppler was cheap and as soon as put the gel on the doppler it started reading a heartbeat. The Doppler hadn’t even touched my skin yet!

I received my package almost a week after even though i paid for express shipping. I asked for my money back multiple times. They are ridiculous.

Please don’t waste your time and money!! They will not reply if there is a problem with your order!! I emailed many times and nothing!! I have cameras to prove I never revived product even though it stated delivered!! I live in apartments they ship usps. I even waited an extra day in case and went to neighboring apartments and office nothing!!! They refuse to answer my emails. I also, paid for the shipping protection because I wanted to make sure I got this product it is so important to mommy to be. But they do not care at all!!
