Overall its the worst online experience for me. Will never buy again from Kamatto or recommend this company. Regret buying from this company.
Boss of Kamatto please buck up on your company after sales service. Utter rubbish service. That's not the way to do business. Kamatto Singapore but they got no office in Singapore at all but office at Shah Alam KL.
Heads up any problem will never resolve.
Bought 2 pcs of front wiper and 2 pcs of rear wipers;
- front wiper was short given wrong size (30 inch instead of 32 inch).
- front wiper wrong adapter given. So unable to fix.
- rear wiper was long given wrong size (14 inch instead of 12 inch).
Everything was wrong for the wipers. Kamatto doesn't even know the correct size of the wipers and adapters. Don't sell if you don't know your product. Don't sell product that can't fit. Make sure you know your stuff and car model.
Called their numbers many times nobody answer and was told only will answer sms. Take so long to answer question and 90% of the times won't answer your question but answer to what they want. They told me front wiper biggest only size 30 inch, 32 inch they don't have. No solution was given, I have to live with it. Adapter given was wrong so can't fix at all. Ever time ask to take pictures and videos for so many times but still answer given utter rubbish. Rear wiper was long and after installing and test it got stuck and scratches my tail light. I ask for refund for my times but they never give any answer. After 1 month of SMSing and tolerating their nonsense finally they send me the correct adapter for the front wipers which is shorter than my original one. For the rear wipers they told me to get it exchange but I need to pay the postage fee and meet up with their representative at JB to exchange. Another utter rubbish and nonsense. I came clean that I damage one of the wiper as my friend tried to modified it. I ask to send only 1 pc as the other was damage but they never reply back to me at all after that. To Kamatto, what goes around comes around. Do believe in karma. I know my review will not be posted but I'm glad I threw out my frustration.
