I followed the sizing advice on your website to avoid ordering two pairs and sending one back and so ordered a 34” waist when I would normally have ordered a 34” and a 32” . The 34 was too big so I exchange them for a 32 which was too small. So I incurred two return postage costs when if I had not followed your advice I would only have incurred one. Then you have taken the original postage costs off my refund even though postage was free. So altogether I’ve incurred £17 postage and have no jeans because the difference between 32 and 34 waist is huge. Disappointed to say the least. I won’t be buying anything off you again and will stick to the many places that do free returns and exchanges in future.
