I got a bad skin reaction from using the mask. 22 days ago I requested a return and refund. Customer service granted my request but have never sent my refund, so now I have lost $200 on a product I cannot use. I keep emailing customer service and they keep emailing me back saying that another department handles refunds but they wonโt let me speak to this department. I now believe this company lies and is a scam. I will be posting public reviews as well on social media to inform the public.
