Well, it would be nice to understand where it is and why I can’t have a phone number to talk to someone. They are throwing accountability at the shipper yet it never shows an update that it was ever in the carrier’s hands. I ordered this well in advance of the holiday and I get the “it’s the carrier their fault and I haven’t waited long enough to inquire” default answer versus actually owning customer service and relationships.

It’s been almost a month and I have not received my order. After contacting you multiple times I have been told that the order was “lost“ and several of the items I’ve ordered are no longer available. Instead of a refund I choose something else or have a store credit. Unbelievable. You lost my order and now you won’t fulfill. You also sent demeaning responses when I tried to point out that the order had still not shipped. What am I supposed to give my son’s girlfriend for Christmas????
