I placed my order and heard nothing for two days. I contacted customer service and they advised me that the unit was out of stock. I wonder how long I would’ve had to wait if I hadn’t called. A nice lady said it would ship that Friday evening…but, it didn’t. I called Monday and spoke to a slightly rude lady. I finally received the machine a couple of days later. Upon receipt, there was something rattling inside the machine. I emailed customer service twice on the website, no response.
