The amount of time it took to ship my item was abysmal. I ordered it on April 10th and it was not shipped until April 21st - and there was no communication about any delay in shipment from the company. By the time I received the shipment, it was over two weeks from the time I ordered it. If I had known it would take that long to ship the order, I would have shopped elsewhere, which is what I plan to do from now on.
