I saw the shoes I wanted to buy but waited until the next day, but the next day the price went up like $30. I realized they must have been on sale but I didn't understand that when I first saw the price. Maybe 15-20 minutes before customer service closed, I sent a message asking if it would be on sale again and it said there would be a 5 minute wait but no one ever got to me. I returned to these boots weeks later and noticed someone replied to me the day after I sent my message and helped me get the same discount so I made sure to buy them then and there.
