All was good but didn't expect each package to be 140 pounds. We unpacked it on the deck and then took the pieces in separately.

Guys on phone are superb. Marketing strategies are offensive. Ads are misleading. Sofa not all that comfortable. I usually choose to sit elsewhere.

Customer service was over the top, prompt in responding and very friendly and helpful.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was not great as my sofas were left outside of my garage on a day it was pouring, rather than on my covered porch. The sofas themselves are stiff and uncomfortable.

I reached out about second half of shipment. She responded quickly and told me exactly what I needed to know. Thank you for the quickness on responding!

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast...I don't live too far from the site.

My couch was delivered sooner than was estimated, which was amazing and the fact that it came in multiple boxes made it easy to get into my home.

Had an issue with my order, GH2 fixed it in no time and gave a small credit towards the order.

Delivery was fast! Ordering was easy and my experience was great.

Ordering was smooth, couch is comfy and well designed, prices are reasonable. However your instruction videos for assembly were surprisingly sloppy, the AI voice narration was off-putting (emphasis in such weird parts of the sentence that it's harder to understand), and helpful details like "yes you actually screw in the legs THROUGH the mesh" were left unsaid. It was often too vague, not anticipating even the obvious questions.

Customer service was excellent. I order in February and they held it for me until April.

The company handling the delivery was not fantastic as they delivered 5/6 of the pieces and the 6th piece still didnt arrive for 2 days and i ended up having to pick it up. but that was Loomie, not GH2

Came a few days earlier than expected. Tracking number didn’t work though so it was a surprise.
