The goods are quality. As is the service. You always worry about buying something like a pot online as you’ve no control over the carriers. But all three of my pots have been superbly and extensively packaged. I cannot speak highly enough. I just need to convince my wife we need more pots in the garden.

Although not the fault of TBG, the courier only do roadside delivery, which being on my own meant shifting both pots down to the side gate. In the end the delivery lady did assist but TBG need to make customers aware of this as it blocked the pavement outside. Not ideal
