Does not massage. Only vibrates slightly - manufacturing error? No tray or clip on extendable tray included as advertised - not happy as I need this. There are three spots on the foot rest part that have no cushioning and are super hard so not ideal. You really need some momentum and strength to close the footrest after being in the reclined position. Very unhappy but not worth it to return due to shipping return costs.

Using Hunter Express is a big mistake

I requested a return of a furniture product and they agreed, but then they engaged the services of a fraudulent courier company with 22 one star reviews and zero reviews any higher than that to pick up the very heavy product. The bed which weighs 43kg has been sitting out my front door, boxed up, for 10 days and the courier company continually sends emails saying they attempted to pick it up, which they did not At first Levede tried to help but still haven't engaged the services of a real courier company and continue to gaslight me and say the couriers will contact me. I have now tripped over the product and cut my leg and it continues to block access to my property. I will be reporting the fraudulent courier company to the appropriate bodies. I am still waiting for a resolution to this matter and will update when appropriate.

One of the packages was lost during delivery. The courier told us there was one package only but the levede staff told us to wait until we raised the issue a couple of times.

There was no update once I ordered my mattress I had to try and email customer service and it took them a week to reply. A phone would have been helpful and quick but I didn't enjoy searching for my mattress. Even calling up th allied express for my mattress tracking number , they said the tracking number I have was not on their system. So it's frustrating when you customer service doesn't help much.
