Dreadful product. Non existent delivery. Picked it up from depot. So far, non-existent return after refund from Mastercard - not you. Taken over a week. All I got was a "Futile" delivery status. This was a lie as I was home, sitting 2 metres from the door at the time of claimed delivery. "Futile" has the emotional intelligence of an 8 year old. Totally unprofessional from Australia's self proclaimed Best Deliverer, Direct Freight Express. They proclaim this garbage in their phone word salads.
