I had a great experience with Beautiful Earth! I bought one of the 12-piece boxes with a friend. Shortly after purchasing, I decided I wanted to substitute one of the pieces, and they added the piece instead at no cost, which was an extremely thoughtful and touching surprise. We were both also thrilled with the quality of the pieces.
