Customer service never responded to me. I left comments on Instagram and I was ignored. The bag never arrived. I wasted all my money. They stole money from my grandma.

Bag was poor quality- material not as pictured. Tried to return but the cost to return to China was $65. Uncertain of reimbursement for return or refund for the bag I did not return it. Woukd not purchase from the company again. Buyer beware

In order to be refunded I have to return the product to China . The cost to return it is prohibitive on to of the money I already spent on the bag. It is a low quality vinyl And has an odor I won’t be using it

I couldn't use the first one because it wouldn't pack like the example. I will keep working on it.

The Luux luggage looks cheap and not worth the price I paid for it. You have to pay to return the product, which is overseas. Save your money and buy from reputable US company with a good return policy.

Took far too long to get here. Guessing it's a knockoff.

Like I said, I ordered buy one get one free also I ordered the ones with rollers and did not get a second bag or the rollers

The video showed pockets which there are none and I just have one question how do I order the roller for it so it can be rolled through the airport
