I don’t have a problem with the shopping experience except for two deliveries that were way overdue, and I think I was disappointed in not notifying me when and I can expect the order seeing as it was not being delivered on the date that it was showing

I absolutely love the scent Coven and so glad it came in the sampler. I'm definitely buying the full size bottle!

I didn't receive my package emailed 3times and no response and no refund. They said my address was undeliverable and the return address undeliverable. No product and no refund. I have tracking that showes I never received it and a bank statement that shows I paid for it.

Shipping & handling was reasonable while packaging was perfect & protected my order well. I was pleased with how quickly I received my order, with tracking every step of the way, so I could see how soon my order would arrive.

Fast, accurate and these scents are divine!!! I’ll be back as a repeat customer.

I don’t see any info on how to order my free full size bottle… I bought the discovery set. So far I like two of the sents, vanilla amour, and pink spun sugar are very nice.

The website is easy to use. I received my order quickly and I LOVE how the oils make my skin feel and smell last for hours.

Shipment was timely and fast. I love all the scents. It’s like a breath of fresh air compared to the same old store perfume that every one has. The oils have that unique twist to them. I love that about them. I can’t wait for the obsidian oil to come back in stock so I can try that

I would give a five stars, but I was a little disappointed as my shipment was in two boxes and when I made the purchase, I was supposed to get a free gift which I never received. It was not in either boxes. The product the products are amazing. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered the outside of the box said it was the cent that I ordered, but it was a different scent inside the box and I was amazed at how fast customer service took care of it, which is why I gave four

Great product. Customer service and communication is top notch!

I love the discovery set which allowed me the opportunity to figure out which scent works best for me personally. I love the product. It makes my skin feel silky smooth and the scent stays but isn't overpowering. I've had several compliments on the scents I've tried so far.
