Love Garden Alchemy, just dont love the no return/exchange policy when it comes to subscription holders. I feel like we should be able to exchange at least a limit of 1 within a year subscription (after so many purchases are established) if we receive a fragrance we dont like. Nothing crazy, I understand u are small batch. Or let sub holders choose their own discovery set? Just some ideas. Both would be good perks for subscription holders and possibly keep yr customers even more loyal 🖤
