Tiny Horse ignores my emails requiring customer service. While I would like to support Canadian business, I expect Canadian business such as this to act reasonably and responsibly. When part of my order was delivered to the wrong address and I notified Tiny Horse, they didn’t acknowledge by email. Their website says they will respond within 2 business days; not true. Now I am out the product and the money I paid for it. Stay away because if there are problems with your order, you are on your own
