Very responsive to emailed questions, size increase at no charge as advertised, and super fast shipping.

It was at the Pet Exhibition in Etobicoke and although it was busy, the sales person took his time showing me how to use it - 2 ways. Waist or shoulder strap.

The owner is both very knowledgeable and patient when showing how the leashes and attachments work. An very nice experience

Tiny Horse ignores my emails requiring customer service. While I would like to support Canadian business, I expect Canadian business such as this to act reasonably and responsibly. When part of my order was delivered to the wrong address and I notified Tiny Horse, they didn’t acknowledge by email. Their website says they will respond within 2 business days; not true. Now I am out the product and the money I paid for it. Stay away because if there are problems with your order, you are on your own

I absolutely love TinyHorse products. Everything I’ve used from them is incredibly well made—durable, thoughtfully designed, and clearly built by people who understand real dog handling, not just aesthetics. What really sets them apart though is their old-school customer service. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares, responds quickly, and stands behind what they sell. You can tell they take pride in their work and their customers.

Everything about my order was perfect and as expected. I was so pleased to walk my dogs without the struggle and hassle I normally have as I own 3 huskies. The hand written note really just tipped everything off !
