Absolute garbage product. Coffee grinds stick to it, the weight is loose in intolerance, so when i pick it up it sticks inside the handle. I have to shake it and then it slowly drops downā¦it puts far to much weight downwards pressure and actually tamps alot.. bought a pesado one after 3 days of being annoyed with it and it isnt even a close comparison. buy local, it took 8 days before they posted it and then 2 weeks in the mailā¦absolutely trash.

Run. Just run away from this store. I ordered this over month ago, AND STILL HAVE YET YO GET IT. What the store wonāt tell you is they ship all their stuff from mainland China, not from stock here in the USA (despite what shipping says). Just look at their actual Trustpilot score (which is where their lies first start) itās nowhere near 4.5 that they have plastered on their mastheadā¦itās more like a 3, and plummeting fast.
