Overall, I am satisfied, but I do have two observations. One of the items I ordered (bean canister) was not true to the color shown in the site (wanted grey but it is far more white), and my order was missing one item (the stand) for which I had to wait another week or so to receive. Other than this, customer service was prompt and courteous. So I guess all in all I had a good experience.
