I didn’t get the product I paid for and it was advertised, they sent me an older, slightly scratched up and battered version. Still waiting for the CO2 canister so I can’t really comment on the performance.

Repeating. You sent me a different set that is 60 euros cheaper.

False advertisement and the products took almost 2 months to be received.

Everrything was good, but i got ekstra tax before reseiving the pack.

I had to pay customs when the package was delivered. Haven't had that before with lastaforest. Thinking of not ordering again.

Do not recommend this company to anyone, find a different company to shop with. My shipping was delayed well over a month and the only customer service I received was generic AI generated responses.

Huge scam! Don’t buy any of their products. I bought two ‘ESPRESSO SHOT GLASS WITH MEASURING SCALE’ as a gift. Usually, I google products from websites that I’m not familiar with, but (unfortunately) I didn’t do it before placing an order at lastaforest.com It was not until I received the tracking details that I realized it was a scam. My order was shipped from China. After a quick search online, I realized that I could’ve bought the exact same glasses on Temu at 1/10 the price.

The portal doesn't say from where the items will be sent.

Absolute garbage product. Coffee grinds stick to it, the weight is loose in intolerance, so when i pick it up it sticks inside the handle. I have to shake it and then it slowly drops down…it puts far to much weight downwards pressure and actually tamps alot.. bought a pesado one after 3 days of being annoyed with it and it isnt even a close comparison. buy local, it took 8 days before they posted it and then 2 weeks in the mail…absolutely trash.

Run. Just run away from this store. I ordered this over month ago, AND STILL HAVE YET YO GET IT. What the store won’t tell you is they ship all their stuff from mainland China, not from stock here in the USA (despite what shipping says). Just look at their actual Trustpilot score (which is where their lies first start) it’s nowhere near 4.5 that they have plastered on their masthead…it’s more like a 3, and plummeting fast.

Had to call my credit card company to get a refund. The bottomless porta filter did not fit my espresso machine. No one replied to me about her return.
