Good experience for the most part, although I didn’t realize the backpack came all the way from China and that made me a bit concerned about it arriving on time. They made a mistake on the order and didn’t apply the code for the free stocking so initially I ended up paying for that and I had to contact them to give me a credit for it. They responded quickly and credited my account quickly, but I’m kind of surprised it happened in the first place.
