Easy to order and arrived as expected

Ordered and delivered promptly. There was an error in the size advertised ( I req size 14 ) but the dress was Infact a 12. An assistant did call me and apologised for the error and we agreed to try the 12 and if it didn’t fit I would be able to return free of charge. The shop did honour this agreement so I returned and got refunded. I didn’t manage to purchase anything but can’t fault their customer service.

This company is so efficient..lm never disappointed even when l leave it till last-minute to order.

I am not typically an online shopper and like to visit the store but as I live further away I decided to try online. I was delighted with the whole experience and I would definitely do this again but I’m keen to get up to the store in person now.
