The returns process is slow. No option to scan the returns label barcode, which can be emailed separately, at the Post Office for them to print it out and expeditethe return, you have to print the label yourself and not everyone has access to a printer. I feel this would be something that should be fixed, to make the process easier.

I was advised to size down from my usual size 5 to a size 4, and that recommendation was clearly incorrect. The trainers are far too tight, and wearing them for a full day becomes extremely uncomfortable and even painful. I only discovered this after wearing them, which now prevents me from returning them. This has resulted in an unnecessary and expensive loss for me, directly due to the misleading sizing advice I received.
