Yes you can help, I ordered the nasal strips and like them except for one major flaw. About a dozen of those will only peel off from one side while the other side remains welded to the plastic and will not separate (rendering it useless). I saved a few for inspection.
I would reorder if this could be remedied. Thanks, Robert
