You guys are too "distant" in your customer service department. After many emails, I finally found Bea. Bea is great. Very helpful working through a string of mistakes at both ends. Also, the fact that you do not have a customer service call-in group hurts and reduces the effect of your service. You have a terrific product; but, your customer service lacks. Too many emails!!! A 30 second phone call would solve almost every issue.
